Who do I work with?

To the high performer who feels the pressure to be perfect, you’re driven, competitive, and expect the best from yourself. But that same desire to succeed can sometimes feel like it’s working against you. You put so much pressure on yourself that it’s hard to play freely.

Maybe mistakes throw you off, and instead of bouncing back, self-doubt creeps in. You might find yourself overthinking, worrying about what others think, or feeling stuck in your own head instead of locked into the game.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because you know you’re capable of more but can’t seem to perform when it matters most—you’re not alone. It’s not a lack of skill or effort, it’s your mind keeping you stuck.

The pressure, the overthinking, the fear of making mistakes—it all adds up and holds you back. But it doesn’t have to.

Through our work together, I’ll teach you science-backed strategies to help you take control of your mindset, trust your abilities, and compete with confidence—no matter the moment.

I specialize in working with late high school and collegiate student-athletes who are navigating challenges such as perfectionism, confidence, pressure, high expectations, fear of failure, athlete identity, injury, life transitions and more.

Sports I have worked with: Soccer, basketball, hockey, softball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, gymnastics, fencing, track and field, cross country and more.

Still unsure if mental performance coaching could help you?

Answer these questions—if you say “Yes” to one or more, it’s time to take control of your mindset.

  • Do you overthink instead of trusting your instincts and playing freely?

  • Do you struggle to perform your best under pressure?

  • Do nerves or self-doubt hold you back in key moments?

  • Do you find it hard to bounce back after mistakes, letting them affect the rest of your performance?

  • Do you struggle to stay focused and present during competition?

  • Are you constantly worried about what coaches, teammates, or others think of you?

  • Are you the type of person who’s driven to grow, improve, and elevate your performance?

  • Working with Hannah has completely changed the way I approach training, recovery, and myself as an athlete. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to personalize everything to my goals has helped me perform at a much higher level while staying healthy and confident. Beyond the physical side, Hannah has helped me improve my self-talk, stay positive through challenges, and build a stronger mindset when things get difficult. Because of that, it has become easier for me to perform at a higher level, push myself harder, and trust my abilities with more confidence. She genuinely cares about her athletes as people, not just performers, and that has made a huge difference for me. I can’t recommend her enough.

  • I came to Hannah seeking guidance on rebuilding my confidence and learning to trust myself again. I had reached a low point both performance as well as self esteem wise. I always knew that I was a capable athlete, however, my performance did not reflect that. Since working with Hannah, both my practice and game performances have done a complete 180. Hannah helped provide me with the tools necessary to combat the thoughts of self doubt as well as the feelings of anxiety that had been preventing me from performing at my best. She is excellent at giving you a safe space to speak about your issues as well as asking questions that promote self reflection. Since working with Hannah I have became the player that I have always wanted to be.

    Basketball | College

  • At first, I started Perform With Hannah for mental support for fencing, but she has given me so much more. I have seen proficient improvements in my attitude, well-being, and confidence in and outside of my sport. Her kindness and skill in mental health growth have helped me tremendously.

  • After working with Hannah before a big game, the feedback was, 'I’ve never felt so calm and focused before a game.' Hannah took the time to help clear out negative thoughts, explore his thinking patterns, and led guided breathing exercises to stay centered. He even asked if he could meet with her before each game going forward, which shows how much these sessions have made a difference

  • If you’re thinking about it - do it. My faith, my perspective, and my attitude has shifted every week spent working with Hannah. Couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for this opportunity I never knew I needed. Blessed with the best.

  • I worked with Hannah for four months and she helped me build back confidence, positive self talk, and managing fear and nerves for my sport after injuries. She helped me bring to light what I was thinking and feeling and put a positive spin on it to reach my goals. She also helped me trust the process in my many comebacks as an athlete by focusing on being present and taking one step at a time. Finally, she helped me bring back trust in myself with positive self talk and other coping mechanisms such as breathing exercises and movements.

    Gymnast | High School

  • I started coming to Hannah when I was going through a difficult time at work. She helped me regain my confidence again and understand the root causes of the issues I was having. From there, we created a foundation that I’ve been able to grow from and come back to in times of stress. Our work has paid huge dividends not only professionally, but also in my day to day life. Heck, it even helped with my golf game.
