I’m Hannah Luedtke, M.S., CMPC

As a former competitive hockey and soccer player, I know firsthand how much pressure athletes put on themselves and how deeply the mental side affects performance, enjoyment, and wellbeing.

My own experience navigating perfectionism and high expectations, along with years of studying sport psychology and witnessing the growth and transformation of my clients, has fueled my passion for helping others not only perform at their best, but also enhance their overall wellbeing.

My approach is holistic and highly individualized. I work with athletes by considering the full picture of their lives—recognizing how external demands and stressors influence performance, while also exploring the internal beliefs and narratives they hold about themselves.

Together, we develop effective systems, habits, and beliefs that are aligned with who they want to become—supporting confidence, consistency, and sustainable performance both in and out of sport.
